Seovyn publishes approved articles to your Wix blog, formatted with Wix's own editor blocks, so they look native and stay editable.
What you need
- A Wix site with the Wix Blog app.
- Permission to generate an API key.
Connect it
- In the Wix API Keys Manager, generate a key with the Blog, Rich Content and Media Manager permissions. (Media Manager lets Seovyn attach each article's cover image.)
- Find your site ID: it's the long ID after
/dashboard/in your Wix dashboard's address. Pasting the whole address works too. - In Seovyn, open Publishing and choose Wix. Enter the site ID and the API key.
- Choose how approved articles are delivered.
Live or draft
- Publish live. The article goes live on your Wix blog immediately. Approving it in Seovyn is the review.
- Save as draft. It waits in your Wix blog's drafts.
What gets delivered
The article with its title and meta description, the fields your platform supports (tags, excerpt, search listing), and a cover image where one can be made. Seovyn then checks the page is really live and links to it from related articles. See Publishing.
