Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Seovyn: what the service is, what we each take responsibility for, and how billing and cancelling work.

Agreeing to these terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and Seovyn ("Seovyn", "we", "us") about your use of seovyn.com, app.seovyn.com, the Seovyn dashboard, the Browser Agent and everything else we offer (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Seovyn for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. You must be 18 or older. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Seovyn does

Seovyn is an autonomous SEO content agent. It reads your website, researches your market, writes articles, scores them, and publishes them to the destinations you connect. At first you approve each article; as it earns your trust you can let it publish on its own after a hold window. You decide how much it does by yourself, and you can pause or stop it at any time.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.

Your account

Give us accurate information, keep your password and connected accounts secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has got in. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account belongs to one workspace; don't share a login with people outside your organisation.

Plans, payment and cancelling

The plans, prices, monthly allowances and what each plan includes are on our pricing page and in Plan & usage in the dashboard. We may change them with notice; a price change doesn't affect the period you have already paid for.

  • Free has a monthly allowance and needs no card. You approve every article on Free; autopilot, refreshes of live articles, a Seovyn-hosted site (a beta feature) and your own domain on one are on paid plans; a hosted site built before 4 October 2026 keeps working on Free. During early access some features may be free, and we will tell you before that changes.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: it charges you, collects any tax, and issues invoices, and its terms apply to the payment itself. We never see your card details.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Plan & usage, which opens the billing portal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
  • If a payment fails or a subscription ends, your account moves to Free limits and features until the payment is fixed or you subscribe again: autopilot goes back to supervised, so drafts wait for you. Your content stays, and a domain already set up keeps working.
  • Limits. Plans include a monthly number of articles and section rewrites, and a spending cap for Browser Agent usage. We may apply reasonable limits to protect the service for everyone.

Your content and what we create for you

You keep ownership of your website, your brand material and the articles Seovyn writes for you ("Output"). You give us permission to use your content and connected accounts only to provide the Service to you: to read, process, store and publish them, and to send the text we need to our AI providers as our Privacy Policy describes.

You promise that you have the right to give us that content and to connect the sites and accounts you connect, and that using the Service this way doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.

You are responsible for what is published. Seovyn drafts with AI. It aims for sourced, accurate articles, but it can still be wrong, out of date or too close to existing material. Review what you publish. In autopilot, articles are published without your approval once they pass your thresholds and the hold window, and you are responsible for them as if you had approved them. Keep the thresholds at a level you are comfortable with, and use the hold window to stop what you don't want.

No promise of rankings

Search engines and AI assistants decide what to show, using signals we don't control. We can't promise any ranking, traffic, citation or revenue.

The Browser Agent

The Browser Agent can act in a browser on your behalf. You are responsible for the tasks you give it, for the accounts and sites it works on, and for having the right to automate them. Don't use it on a site whose terms forbid automation, and don't use it for anything in the next section. Watch it when it works on anything sensitive.

What you can't do

Don't use the Service to:

  • break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright, privacy and publicity rights;
  • publish deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful content, or spam, link schemes or content made to mislead search engines;
  • pretend to be another person or organisation;
  • connect accounts, sites or credentials that aren't yours to use;
  • probe, overload or break the Service, get around its limits or security, or reverse engineer it;
  • resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement;
  • build a competing product by copying the Service, or use its output to train a competing AI model.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Other services you connect

Seovyn works with services such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Google Search Console, GitHub and others. Your use of them is under their own terms. We aren't responsible for them, for their outages, or for changes they make. Search Console access is read-only.

Our property

Seovyn, its software, design and brand belong to us. These Terms give you a right to use the Service, not to own any of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using Seovyn and close your account whenever you like: email hello@seovyn.com and we will delete your account and data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if keeping your account active creates a risk for us or others, or if a payment isn't made. We will give notice where we reasonably can. Content already published to your site stays there; it is yours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for your particular purpose, and we aren't responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, traffic, rankings, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or to US$100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You protect us too

You will cover us for losses, claims and reasonable costs that come from content you publish through the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of someone else's rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we will email you or tell you in the dashboard before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service afterwards, you accept the new Terms. If you don't, you can cancel before then.

Law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please email hello@seovyn.com first and give us 30 days to put it right. Most problems end there.

General

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce something straight away, that doesn't waive our right to do so later. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
