Refund Policy

The short version

• The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• If you pay for Pro or Scale and it isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
• Cancel any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Paid plans

Pro and Scale are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record: it takes the payment, collects any tax and issues the invoice, and it sends any refund back to the card or method you paid with.

When we refund

• Your first payment on a paid plan. If you tell us within 7 days that Seovyn isn't right for you, we refund that payment in full, whatever the reason.
• A renewal you meant to cancel. If you were charged for a new period after you tried to cancel, or forgot to, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• A mistake on our side. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after your subscription had ended, we refund the difference.

Outside these cases we don't refund the part of a period you have already paid for, but you can cancel so that it doesn't renew.

Cancelling

Open Plan & usage in the dashboard and choose Manage billing, which opens the billing portal. Cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your articles and settings are kept.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@seovyn.com from the address on your account, and say which payment you mean. We reply within 2 business days. Once we approve a refund, Dodo Payments processes it, and it usually reaches your bank in 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank. Tax paid on the amount is refunded with it.

Disputes with your bank

Please write to us before you open a chargeback. We would rather fix it directly, and it is faster.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
