Your account and signing in
Signing up and logging in with Google, GitHub or email, confirming your email, resetting your password, and closing your account.
Your account is you: how you sign in. What Seovyn writes belongs to an organization, one per website, and one account can belong to several.
At app.seovyn.com/signup, continue with Google or GitHub, or create an account with your email and a password. That's all sign-up asks; the welcome screen that follows asks which site to write for. The Free plan needs no card.
Continue with Google and Continue with GitHub on the login page work for new accounts too: if you don't have an account yet, one is created.
Confirm your email
If you signed up with email and a password, Seovyn sends a confirmation link. Until you use it, a reminder sits at the top of the dashboard, with Resend the link if it went missing. Nothing waits on it, with one exception: you need a confirmed email to add a second organization.
Accounts made with Google or GitHub are confirmed already.
Log in and out
Log in at app.seovyn.com/login the same way you signed up. To log out, open your name in the top right of the dashboard and choose Log out.
Forgot your password
On the login page, choose Forgot password? and enter your email. A link to set a new password arrives in your inbox, and you get an email confirming the change. If you signed up with Google or GitHub, there's no password to reset: continue with the same provider.
Pilot
Seovyn Pilot, the Browser Agent's Chrome extension, signs in through your account too: Sign in with Seovyn in Pilot opens a page in the dashboard where you approve the connection. See Browser Agent.
Close your account
There isn't a self-serve button for this yet. Email hello@seovyn.com from the address on your account and ask: it's done within 30 days, and you're told when. Cancel any paid plan first, from Plan & usage. Articles already published on your site stay there; they're yours. See the Privacy Policy for what's kept and for how long.
