# Publish SEO articles to WordPress automatically

> Connect WordPress with one application password and Seovyn publishes each approved article to your site, live or as a draft.

Seovyn writes the article and puts it on your WordPress site. **One application password is the whole setup.**

## What you need

- A WordPress site you administer, with the REST API reachable (it is by default).
- Your WordPress username.

## Connect it

1. In wp-admin, open **Users → Profile** and scroll to **Application passwords**. Create one and copy it.
2. In Seovyn, open **Publishing** and choose **WordPress**.
3. Enter your site address (for example `https://yourblog.com`), your WordPress username, and the application password.
4. Choose how approved articles are delivered.

Seovyn checks the details as you connect.

## Live or draft

- **Publish live.** The article goes live on your site right away. Approving it in Seovyn is the review.
- **Save as draft.** It waits in wp-admin for a final look.

You can change this at any time.

## What gets delivered

The article with its title and meta description, the fields your platform supports (tags, excerpt, search listing), and a cover image where one can be made. Seovyn then checks the page is really live and links to it from related articles. See [Publishing](/docs/publishing).
