# Limits and defaults

> Every number Seovyn works to, in one place: plan allowances, topic and writing rules, quality thresholds, autopilot, publishing, Search Console, refreshes and the Browser Agent.

The numbers below are the defaults every organization runs on. Each links to the page that explains it.

## Plans

## Finding topics

## Review and autopilot

## Publishing

## Search Console, refreshes and results

| Search Console sync | Daily, in 28-day windows; Google runs about 2 days behind |
| Index checks | Up to 25 per sync, for articles 3+ days old not yet shown, rechecked weekly |
| Refreshes start | From 20 live articles |
| Refreshes per week / per article | Up to 2 / at most once every 90 days |
| A refresh is due when | Clicks fall 40%+ (from at least 10), the position is 8 to 20 with 50+ impressions, or the article is 180+ days old |
| New search snippets | Page-one articles with 300+ impressions and a click-through rate under 60% of what their position usually earns; up to 2 a week |
| Snippet measured | After about a month, with 150+ impressions; rewrites stop after 3 that didn't help |
| Results milestones | 30, 60 and 90 days after going live |
| Cleanup review | Weekly; "no searches" after 60 days unseen |
